Grandpa's birthday is on August 16th but we celebrated a week early with family. Grandpa has gotten very sick and his health and mind is really failing him so I'm not sure he even really knew we were celebrating his birthday but he knew we were all there with him and that is what mattered! We made it a simple dinner complete with pizza, salad, and Publix cake! His four precious great-grandbabies blew out his candles for him and sang so sweetly Happy Birthday to you! We had a nice family evening celebrating Grandpa who we love so much and missed having Daddy with us...he was at a golf tournament that he had already committed to.
