August School Girls

I love taking Marlee's morning picture before school each day.  I love how excited she is to go to school.  I love that she has two precious cousins that she gets to share all these fun school times and memories with!  These three have such a special bond and love going to preschool each day together! I love listening to them talk, compliment each other, play together, be imaginative together, and laugh together! They are so blessed to have each other!

Happy 4th Birthday, Evie!

Marlee and Karsyn were so excited to celebrate their friend, Evie turning 4 today at her birthday party!  The girls enjoyed painting fans, dancing and singing, snacking and jumping rope!  Amanda got some really precious  candid pictures of my girls that I love as well at the party!  A sweet party for a darling girl and friend!  

Every horse deserves to be loved by a little girl at least once in their lifetime!

And Pete is definitely loved by this little girl, Marlee Grace!

Riding Lessons with Mrs. Karen

Marlee was very happy to start back up with her riding lessons with Mrs. Karen today! She missed having lessons this summer!  She did great at her lesson and was so happy when Mrs. Karen asked Marlee to participate in a horse show this Fall!  Marlee is excited to start working towards training for her events and I love watching her do what she truly loves to do!

She dressed herself for her lesson today because she was so excited to go and didn't want to wait on me to help her pick out her clothes.  As I got dressed, I noticed her sitting on the couch waiting patiently to go!

 

Karsyn slept in her big girl bed!

Karsyn was so excited to nap in her new big girl bed today!  She is growing up way too fast for me!

Of course, her babies napped with her!  She loves her baby dolls!

While Marlee is at school...Karsyn and Mommy...

Karsyn really misses Marlee when she is at school these days but she loves having some one on one time with Mommy to snuggle and paint pretty pictures together! :)

 

A fun weekend away at GiGi and Papa's condo!

This morning after Nivea's birthday party we went to Boca Grande and joined GiGi and Papa at their condo for the weekend.  We had fun fishing, riding around on the boat, exploring at the sandbar and having dinner at Zydeco Grill.  We love summer and being out on the boat!

These two girls love being on the boat with Papa!!!  Boat riding is one of their favorite things to do!

Karsyn enjoyed eating dinner with Papa and tried crawfish for the first time!

Happy 1st Birthday, Nivea!

This morning we celebrated a special little girl, baby Nivea's (as the girls call her) first birthday!  Amanda, her mommy, did such a great job with the party and the girls had fun playing with balloons, snacking, and dancing around like fairies! Happy Birthday, Nivea Rose!!!
