Omni

Daddy spoiled his girls this weekend and took us to the Omni at ChampionsGate!  We have been to the Omni a couple of times before but never enjoyed all the amenities there or stayed the night so we were so excited!  We got to the Omni about 3:00 p.m. and checked in.  Marlee was so excited to ride in the elevator and loved running down the long hall to our room.  After quickly changing into our bathing suits, we headed to the pools!  The water was warm and Marlee loved being in the pool.  They have a lazy river and we floated in it one time but Marlee got a little bored on it since all she could do was sit in my lap and ride on the tub...she was not into relaxing...she was ready to splash!  Zero entrance pools are a wonderful thing!!! We played in the pool all afternoon until about 6:00 p.m.  After a quick change out of our bathing suits, we went exploring the resort.  Bear taught Marlee how to push the button for the elevator and that quickly became a favorite activity for her. Marlee loved looking at all the pretty flowers, playing on the playground, throwing balls on the tennis courts, climbing lots of stairs, chasing birds, admiring the water fountains, and throwing pebbles that she would find.  After those fun adventures, we got showers and headed to dinner.  We ate at David's Club at the resort and enjoyed yummy food.  After dinner, Marlee enjoyed dancing in the lobby to the man playing the piano and going for a night swim while watching Aladdin on the big screen TV poolside.  Marlee was worn out and fell asleep quickly...a true sign of a fun day that we had!  The next morning, we all slept in until 9:00 a.m. :)  We were sad to check out and leave the Omni but look forward to returning.  We then headed to the Mall at Millenia to get Daddy a new toy...an iPad!  He loves it and sweet Mar is loving it too! :)  A wonderful weekend filled with lots of lasting memories!  We are blessed for sure! :)

 She loved this big fountain!

Mar loved for the fountain to spray her with water!

Girls Night

Tonight I joined some great friends for dinner at Don Jose's while Marlee enjoyed some shopping time with her GiGi!  Dinner was fabulous and we all enjoyed lots of laughs :)  Marlee had a blast as well and GiGi said she was the best little shopper ever.  GiGi spoiled Marlee and bought her a new baby doll and her first pair of Nike's!!!  Girls nights are so much fun!!!

Green Meadows Farm

Today GiGi, Easton, Marlee, and I went to Kississimmee to Green Meadows Farm!  We had the best time petting all the animals, feeding the animals, looking at different animals, and enjoying farm life! Green Meadows is an amazing place to take kids to and we will definetly be going back. The highlights for Marlee were running around in the chicken pen chasing chickens and actually holding the chickens and going for a pony ride!  She truly loved everything at the farm but those seemed to be her two favorite things to do there.  Our little country girl defintely enjoyed herself today!
I love what this sign says!
Marlee climbing the fence trying to get in the pen with the pigs!
Easton admiring the peacocks that just walk around visiting the guests on the farm!
Looking at the rabbits :)
Loving on the sweet farm dog!
Visiting the donkeys
Milking the cow
Feeding the cow some hay
I love this picture...it looks like Mar and the calf are having their own little conversation
Checking out the ZORSE...its a zebra crossed with a horse
Petting the lambs
Petting the baby chick
GiGi and Easton holding the duckling
Feeding the pigs some lettuce
Petting the goats...they usually let you go in the pen with the goats and pet them but two sweet babies had just been born so we couldn't go in right then.  It was ok though because the goats had no problem sticking their heads through the fence to visit with us up close and personal!
E holding the chicken that GiGi caught for him!
 Petting the friendly chicken
Mar decided she wanted to hold the chicken :)
 She did it!
Checking out the red comb on the chicken's head
Visiting with the llamas :)  Marlee knew about llamas because we read the story "Llama Llama Red Pajama" all the time!
Climbing the fence again!
Hayride time!
 Checking out the turkeys!
Her first pony ride!  She loved it!
GiGi leading Easton on his pony ride
Sweet boy!

There was a train ride too that Easton and GiGi went on but Marlee decided that the playground was too much fun to play on at the time to leave and go ride the train.  Next time, we will ride the train because it looked like it was fun to ride.

Celebrating Uncle Frank's 32nd Birthday

Tonight, we celebrated Uncle Frank's 32nd Birthday at Grandma and Grandpa's house.  Uncle Frank loves lamb and my Grandma always cooks it for him for his birthday.  His actual birthday is not until Saturday the 28th but we celebrated a little early.  We enjoyed lots of yummy food and it was a great time all being together.  Happy Birthday Uncle Frank...we love you!
I love Marlee's shirt that Grandma bought her, it says...this is my little black dress :)
Easton and Marlee love to sit on this step at Grandma and Grandpa's house.
