Riding Lesson with Miss Riah

Marlee was excited to have a riding lesson with Miss Riah today and Pete was a happy boy to have his Marlee Grace with him!  :)

While Daddy is lobstering in the Keys, the girls and I played, shopped,...and had Sweet Frog for dinner one of the nights! :)

Daddy had a great and successful time lobstering in the Keys for mini season and we can't wait to eat some of those yummy lobsters!

The girls both LOVE Sweet Frog, so why not have it for dinner! :)

Aunt Lois and Kinsloe came to babysit the girls!

I had to go to a meeting today, so Aunt Lois and Kinsloe came to babysit the girls for me!  The girls were so excited that they were coming to stay with them and from the pictures Aunt Lois sent me, they had a great time with them!  Margaret came over and played and Kinsloe got creative with the girls and painted them, making them into tigers, and lions, and bears, oh my!  A very fun morning for the girls and much appreciation from me to Aunt Lois and Kinsloe for keeping the girls while I was out of town!

Mammy's 60th Birthday Celebration Family Getaway

We spent the last few days at Hilton Bonnet Creek Resort in Orlando celebrating Mammy's 60th birthday! It was a great time with the family. We enjoyed the beautiful hotel, fun pool area with big slide, dinner at Kobe's Japanese Steakhouse, Spa time with the girls, lazy river riding, and another yummy dinner at the Columbia restaurant in Celebration. This was our first trip as a big family and it was super fun...Happy 60th Birthday to our Mammy!

Cookout at the Revell's Barn

This evening Bonny and Jared invited us out to their barn for a cookout with family!  Jared did all the cooking and it was so delicious!  The kids had so much fun playing, going on adventures in the woods and getting dirty!  A very fun night with special people in our lives!

We met Bo and Leslie for lunch today and had a yummy lunch and the most adorable girls ever! :)

 

Marlee's sleepover with Rylie, Baxlee, and Harper

After Aaron's 40th birthday party, Rylie asked Marlee if she wanted to spend the night with them, which thrilled Marlee!  She was so excited to go to their Mimi's house with them and spend the night!  Leslie sent me these adorable pictures of them and even had a funny story to tell me the next morning.  She said that the girls were all watching a movie in the living room and were going to sleep out there.  When she went to check on them before she went to bed around 11:30 p.m., Baxlee was sleeping but Marlee and Rylie were no where to be found!  As she was looking for them, she found them in the bathroom being creative.  They had decided they wanted to sleep in there for the night, so they were making beds using towels, toilet paper, etc...  Such creative minds they have!  She did convince them though that it might not make for the most comfortable nights sleep so they went back to their pallets in the living room!  A fun night for our big girl with her sweet cousins! 

 

Family Fun at Aaron's Fore-tieth birthday party!

Toinght we went to our cousin, Aaron's, surprise 40th birthday party. Jen did such a fantastic job with all the golf details! We all stood out in the middle of Commerce Avenue and waited for Jen and Aaron to drive up...Aunt Martha and cousin Josh held up a big sign and we all waved and yelled surprise. It was too funny and Aaron was REALLY surprised! There were a ton of kids there (mostly Brooker kids) and they had the best time playing together. We gathered all of the Brooker great grand-children and snapped a picture in the exact same spot where Daddy often had family pictures taken when he was little. Heidi found a great family picture that was taken about 30 years ago...It's fun to see the comparison from then to now!
