Halloween School Party

Marlee didn't have school today since it was Thursday but we went to school anyways to the class Halloween party.  The kids had so much fun eating all the yummy snacks while wearing their spider hats and then painting pumpkins.  A fun party and a perfect way to celebrate Halloween!!!

Ag Venture 2013

This evening, we joined Daddy, Mammy, Pappy, and Mary Kate for Ag Venture.  The girls were so excited to see all the animals and enjoyed looking at all of them.  They also enjoyed dancing to the music and the homemade ice cream.  They were both precious in their Matilda Jane clothes and cowgirl boots!  :)

Trick or Treat

This evening, Marlee went trick or treating with her friends!  GiGi and Papa came down and joined us and we all met up at Bonny and Jared's for pizza and goodies before going trick or treating.  Lots of family and friends were there and we all enjoyed seeing the kids in their costumes.  We went on a hay ride to trick or treat while most of the Daddy's followed behind in the golf carts. GiGi and Papa passed out candy at out house.  A fun night for sure and lots of yummy candy for Marlee and Daddy to enjoy! :)

Squash Field

Daddy was working at the squash field this morning, so Marlee and I went out there to visit him.  The squash have all gotten so big and we enjoyed looking at them.  Marlee's favorite part was running around in the dirt hills!  :)  We are so proud of Daddy and his farming adventure! :)

Horse Jack-o-Lantern

We had a big pumpkin to carve this evening and asked Marlee what she wanted her jack-o-lantern carved in to and she said a horse so her and I printed out a horse picture and her and Daddy got to work.  She was not too fond of scooping the seeds and gunk out of the pumpkin...she did it one time but that was it.  She loved helping Daddy carve the horse though and they did a great job.  When it was finished and we lite it, she kept saying, "this is so cool, I love my jack-o-lantern"!  That is what it is all about!!!  :)

Week 10

Marlee had a very fun week of preschool this week!  On Monday, she went on her first field trip to the Fire Station!  I was able to go with her and all her classmates were so cute riding in the buggy to the fire station and they were all very well behaved on the field trip.  She loved the firemen and even went up and gave one of them a hug.  She enjoyed being able to use the big water hose and climb on the firetruck.  When they turned the loud sirens on, she was the only one to not cover her ears...she thought it was so cool and loud and loved it!  On Wednesday, Daddy took her to school which she loved.  Her class focused on the letter Gg this week and also celebrated Halloween on Thursday evening with a pumpkin patch at school and trick or treat on Friday around the other classrooms.  An exciting week for sure and lots of memories made! :)
