Marlee competed in her very first triathlon today! The event was held at the YMCA and she competed in the pee wee division for ages 4-6. For the race she had to swim 25 yards, bike 1/2 mile, and run 1/4 mile! She was so excited and not nervous at all! She loved having lots of friends competing with her and was all smiles the whole morning! She raced so good and we were so proud of her. She never gave up and gave it her all! She placed 9th out of 16th and was thrilled with her medal she received as she crossed the finish line! Great job, Mar! You put your mind to doing a triathlon and you did it!!!
