Grandma Peggy was out of town on Mother's Day so we were excited to celebrate with her today! We had been trying to figure out what to get her for a while and finally Marlee came up with the idea to get her some flowers for her yard and plant them for her! Marlee loves to go to the flower store and pick out annuals to plant in our yard and thought Grandma would like some in her yard too! Karsyn and I agreed that this would be a great gift so on to the flower store we went. The girls had so much fun picking out 10 plants and were so excited to show Grandma! When we arrived at her house, Marlee ran inside and got Grandma to come outside to show her the flowers. She loved them and Marlee and Karsyn quickly found the perfect spots for them and started digging holes. Marlee plants plants/flowers all the time so she knew exactly what to do and did a great job! Karsyn did great too and enjoyed having Grandma help her. It was so fun to all work together and the flowers look beautiful! It even started raining after we finished so that was perfect! Happy Mother's Day, Grandma! We love you!!!
