WOW...Our little pumpkin is 23 months old today! Only one more month until she is 2 years old! Where has the time gone! Marlee is such a joy and is a little sponge soaking up everything. At this precious and fun age she is:
*Saying most any word she hears or wants to say including MINE!
*is wearing a size 6 shoe
*loves to drink her Ninny :)
*still loves butter, ranch, and ketchup
*can read the words Mama, Dada, Sis, GiGi, Papa, Mammy, Pappy, Frank, Easton, Bonny, and Mary Kate...she knows her name too :)
*knows her numbers and can fill in the blanks when counting...I will say 1, 2, and she will say 3, I say 4 and she says 5, I count 6, 7, 8, 9, and she says 10!
*loves to play school with Mama and uses her pointer to point to the numbers I ask her to show me as well as the colors and letters A, B, C, and M
*loves to read and sing the nursery rhymes
*loves her baby dolls and is a great Mommy to them :)
*likes to build things and organize/arrange things as well...she will work hard at lining her baby dolls up on the wall or placing pumpkins on the coffee table, etc...
*loves stickers and markers...but she likes to color on the floor, on her baby dolls, etc... with her markers
*loves to take a baff (bath)
*LOVES Dora the Explorer and gets so excited when she sees something Dora or gets to watch her in the car
*riding in a car or truck usually relaxes her so much that she falls asleep
*loves riding her horse, Milford
*likes to tell me about her dreams when she wakes up
*her schedule is: wake up between 8-9 am, nap around 2 pm, and go to bed between 10-11 pm, she is a night owl for sure!
*goes up the down the stairs all by herself in the house...she loves to hold the rail going down the stairs and is very careful :)
*loves chocolate
*is a cowgirl for sure
*likes to give her family and friends hugs and kisses
*is wearing 18-24 months clothing
*potty training is still coming along...she does use the potty but we still use diapers a lot too
*loves to dance with her Dada
*loves to snuggle :)
*likes to play dress up and play with her baby dolls, but she also likes to play with trains, cars, and dinosaurs :)
*loves animals
*is truly enjoying her new playroom that we made for her
Is such a blessing and we thank God everyday for her!!!
