Tonight was Marlee's last night of Awana for this school year. She had a great first year in Sparks! For the final evening, the kids sang songs, recited Bible Verses and received their awards. Marlee received an award for completing her Sparks book and for participating in all of the Awana Special Events nights! Marlee was chosen along with cousin Kolton to post the colors and did a great job! I had no idea until tonight how much Marlee enjoys singing in front of an audience and with the microphone. She did so good and we were so proud of her! Pappy, GiGi, and Papa all came to watch her and we really appreciate their support! Marlee is very into learning about the Bible and loves learning about different stories of the Bible. This is a special time for her and her Daddy(he teaches her the stories on the way to school and at bedtime) and I am so proud of how much she knows!
