New Years Eve 2016

We were excited to celebrate the last day of 2016 with sweet friends this evening and Marlee and Karsyn enjoyed spending their evening with GiGi and Papa!  Matt and Summer invited us to the Lake Lotela Progressive Dinner and New Years Eve party and we had such a fun night bouncing from house to house and celebrating with friends!  We all stayed up way past our bedtime but that is what you are supposed to do to bring in the New Year! 

 Summer and I a few weeks ago discussed what to wear tonight and both decided on something sparkly but that was it...we had no idea until tonight that we both were wearing gold sparkly bottoms and black tops...great minds think alike I guess when shopping for a New Years outfit! :)

 Wendy and Travis' house was one of the stops and Wendy set up the cutest backdrop for pictures so we fully took advantage of the picture opportunity!

So fun to celebrate with family tonight too!!!

 Marlee and Karsyn spent some time at the pasture this evening with Papa and GiGi having a bon fire!  They didn't have any marshmallows to roast so instead Papa cooked them cinnamon rolls to eat by the fire!  They had a fun night and all fell asleep before midnight but watched all the balls drop the next morning on the news so they were happy!  Bring on 2017...we are ready!
