Mary Kate's 6th Birthday Party!

Marlee was excited to put the ART in PARTY today at Mary Kate's 6th Birthday party held at Highlands Art League!  When Marlee arrived, she was invited to pick out some paint colors, grab a canvas and apron and get some snacks in preparation of art class that was about to start!  Mary Kate wanted all of her friends to paint a cupcake with her!  The instructor, Mrs. Kristy taught the girls where to start painting, how to paint, etc...and then the girls were able to throw in their creativity making all of their cupcakes different and unique!  After step-by-step painting, we sang to MK and enjoyed yummy cupcakes and then it was present time!  Marlee was excited to give MK lots of Mr. Sketch markers, pens, and crayons as well as drawing doodle pads!  Marlee had a fun afternoon celebrating her cousin and one of her best friends!!!

                                                                      Ready to paint!

Marlee decided she wanted her cupcake to be a chocolate one with purple icing and sprinkles!
