Happy 3rd Birthday, Marlee Grace!!!

WOW...3 years old!!!  I can't believe our baby girl is 3 years old today!  Time has truly flown by!  The past three years have been the best three years of our lives and we are so thankful to God for blessing us as Marlee's parents.  She is the love of our lives and in just a few weeks will be a big sister to our baby blessing on the way.  At the age of three, Marlee is definitely a cowgirl who loves to be outside getting dirty in her cowgirl boots and loves animals, any kind, especially horses!  While she is a cowgirl, she is also a princess who likes to dress up, wear lip gloss (and when she puts it on she says, "I'm ready for my close up") and loves shopping with Mommy.  She likes to help cook and bake, make salads, and do chores...one of her main chores is helping tend to her sister, Gracie...she loves to walk her on the leash and is very good about making sure Gracie always has food and water.  Gracie and Marlee have quite a bond and love to play together and are very protective of each other as well.  Marlee and Daddy enjoy doing lots of things together outdoors like getting dirty at the grove or squash field, feeding the deer, going on golf cart rides together, playing golf, and playing together (horsey rides on Daddy's back, swinging her, etc...)  Marlee and Mommy love doing arts and craft projects together, snuggling together, playing baby dolls, reading books and magazines, singing and dancing, etc...  Marlee loves to ride her tricycle and wants to ride all the time and her favorite toys are her horse/pony toys.  She loves to take baths, watch shows (Little Einsteins, Dora, Diego, Max and Ruby, Team Umizoomi), and is very verbal.  Marlee loves to talk and if she is awake, she is most likely talking.  It is amazing at what she already knows at the age of three and when she says things, I can so hear myself saying the same thing...so she is definitely listening to what all is being said in her surroundings.  She loves school and enjoys playing with her friends and learning.  She loves Jesus and says her prayers and sings bible songs and we are so proud!  She has a very tender heart and gets her feeling hurt easily especially when she gets in trouble and can be stubborn when it comes to listening and following directions at times.  Her favorite color is purple and pink, she wears a size 18-24 month clothes, size 6 shoe, weighs 26 pounds, 35 inches tall, and is in the 25th percentile for her age for height and weight.  She is a healthy girl who mainly only drinks water, (milk and orange juice sometimes), loves strawberry or vanilla yogurt, cheese, ranch dressing, macaroni and cheese, fettuccine alfredo, strawberries, oranges, and bananas, french fries, butter and jelly sandwiches, chocolate candy, and ice cream with lots of sprinkles.  Dr D said she needed to start eating meat and vegetables so we are going to work on eating those foods. :)  Marlee loves to watch videos of herself doing various things and says she is going to be a Doctor and doctor people and animals when she grows up!  She loves band-aids and thinks they fix everything!  She cheers for the Gators when they are playing and is very interested in gymnastics and will be starting gymnastics lessons in the next few weeks.  She definitely has a cute and great personality and makes us laugh and smile all the time.  Marlee has grown so much over the past year and we are so proud of all she has accomplished and look forward to watching her continue to grow and mature.  We love you sweet girl and are so thankful to be your Mommy and Daddy!!
