The girls were so excited to start Spring Break 2018!!!
We were hoping to enjoy the beach and do lots of things outdoors all week with some beautiful weather but sadly the weather turned cold on us and was extremely windy the first part of the week so we had to go to Plan B for activities. None the less, we had an awesome spring break and made lots of memories!
Monday...when I asked the girls what they wanted to do since we could not go to the beach and they said, "go to a big hotel" so that is just what we did! I surprised them Monday morning with a trip to Orlando to go stay at The Rosen Centre Hotel which is a very big hotel and one we had never stayed at before! They were so excited when we arrived and we had a great time exploring the hotel. After making our way around the hotel, the girls decided the pool looked so fun and they would brave the cold and go for a swim! Luckily the pools were heated and they swam for about an hour before I was about to freeze and we left. We decided to just stay at the hotel for dinner and did room service yummy pizza in the room and ate it and watched a movie since it was so cold outside. The Elder girls joined us after dinner at the hotel and we all went downstairs in the hotel and enjoyed ice cream and dessert together! We had a slumber party in the hotel room until late just chatting! Spring break, no bed time...we love it!

Tuesday...we woke up this morning around 9am...it was so wonderful and Karsyn's tooth that has been loose was even looser...well, she wiggled and wiggled and then was so brave and pulled it out!!! Oh my goodness...my sweet four year old lost her first tooth and at a hotel!!! Luckily, she wanted to wait until she got home to put it under her pillow for the tooth fairy! We all got dressed along with the Elder girls and went to breakfast at Keke's Breakfast Cafe and it was so yummy! I highly recommend this place! After breakfast, we did some shopping at Target! Always fun to do that! After shopping, we went to the Florida Mall and went to the American Girl Store to shop and have lunch! The girls along with their dolls enjoyed a yummy lunch! They had fun! After leaving the American Girl doll store, we went to The Orlando Eye. The girls have been begging to do this for a long time and were so excited to do it! It really is not scary at all and is very relaxing and enjoyable! After doing The Eye, we went back to the hotel and the kids swam in the pool and in the hot tubs for a while. We then got dressed and went back to The Eye to do it at night which was really cool to see. We timed it just right and got to the top right at 9pm so we were able to watch all the Disney fireworks! The kids loved it! We had a late dinner at Outback and called it a day! What a fun filled day!!
Wednesday
This morning we had to check out of our hotel...we had a fabulous stay and definitely recommend this hotel! We walked over to the convention centers before we left just to check them out and then made our way back to Frostproof because Mommy had to work! The girls stayed at GiGi's while I worked and had fun painting birdhouses and visiting Pete at the pasture! When we got home, it was time to celebrate Gracie's 15th Birthday! We were so excited to celebrate our sweet girl! She is just the best dog ever and we feel so blessed to have her in our lives! She enjoyed a cheese sandwich birthday cake and loved it so much!!! Margaret joined us to celebrate too! When it was time to go to bed, Karsyn was so excited to put her tooth under her pillow for the tooth fairy! She couldn't wait to wake up in the morning and see what she got!
Thursday
Karsyn woke up bright and early to find out what the Tooth Fairy had left her! A glittery $10.00 bill, a certificate and a note! She was so excited! We stayed home mostly for this day of Spring Break...the girls played and in the afternoon, the Webb girls and friends came down and babysat the girls while Mommy went on a bike ride and went grocery shopping. They loved having all the girls here to babysit them!
Friday
We woke up bright and early this morning and joined Kristy, Kadi, and Brock for a fun day at Legoland! We had such a fun day riding rides and watching the shows! We are excited to have yearly passes now so we can go lots more throughout the year and even go to the water park when it warms up! After a fun day at Legoland, we came home and Emory Grayson, and Mrs. Courtney came over for dinner and the kids had fun playing together. Another special activity today was that Mammy came to spend the night at our house! Marlee was so happy that Mammy had a slumber party with her in her room!!!

Saturday
I got up and went for an early bike ride while Mammy and the girls slept in this morning. Around lunch time, Mammy went home and the girls and I went to Frostproof so the girls could spend the day at the pasture with GiGi and Papa while Kristy and I went shopping for a little bit. A fun day for all!

We had a pool party today to end our spring break fun! The weather was beautiful and we had a blast by the pool!
