A trip to the beach house with Summer, Emerson, and Cullen!

We were excited to spend a few days at the beach house in Boca Grande with Summer, Emerson, and Cullen! The water was beautiful and the kids had a blast swimming in the ocean and exploring the beach! Downtown shopping, ice cream, and playground fun made for a great afternoon too! Our nights were filled with manicures, pedicures, and the fun game of Pie Face! A great three days away!

Marlee and Karsyn's new hair :)

Marlee's hair has been in need of a trim so today she was so excited to go to her hair appointment! She loved getting it washed, sitting under the dryer, cut, and styled! We cut about 4 inches off and it looks so cute! Karsyn saw how much fun Marlee was having so she wanted her hair done too. Since we just had hers trimmed not too long ago, we just got hers washed, dryed, and styled! They both looked so pretty and were all smiles after getting pampered!

I love her toothless grin!!!

Horse Obstacle Course at Mane Circle

This morning we drove to Winter Haven for Marlee to practice doing an obstacle course at The Mane Circle on horseback! Marlee was so excited to do this and loved every minute of it! The only obstacle she struggled with was opening the gate from horseback and that was due to the fact that her arms are not long enough to reach the gate from horseback! She is definitely looking forward to coming back and doing more of these challenges! She opened a mailbox from horseback, climbed mounds of dirt, walked a pinwheel, stepped up on blocks, walked a bridge, and crossed poles! Marlee was supposed to ride on Chip at this but Miss Amy was unable to bring him at the last minute and therefore she rode on Billy.
Meanwhile, Karsyn was having a fit to do the course as well and Casey being so sweet let Karsyn ride her horse Woody and took Karsyn though the course as well! Karsyn's favorite part was climbing the big mountains! She had no fear at all! I love watching my girls do things that they love!

Marlee was so excited to see her friend, Maura at this too and the girls had fun catching up and cheering each other on!

Horse Lessons wth Miss Amy

The girls both love their lesson time with Miss Amy! Karsyn loves riding Katie and Marlee is now riding Miss Amy's new horse, Chip!

While Karsyn does her lesson, Marlee hangs by the barn with all the other horses feeding them grass and talking horse talk!

I snapped this picture and then looked back at it and its almost like her silhouette is in it or an angel riding with her!

Marlee brought her new Derby game to her lesson today and enjoyed playing it with Miss Amy after her lesson!

Beach House Fun with The Ogburn's

This morning we all loaded up and went to GiGi and Papa's beach house to spend a few days with Kristy, Kadi, and Brock! The kids had fun swimming in the pool, fishing off the dock, having a nighttime glow stick party in the pool, playing at the beach, enjoying lunch and ice at The Loose Caboose, and playing together! A fun time with Friends!
