Welcome to the World Kenslee Lynn!!!

Today was a very special day, Kenslee Lynn was born!  I have been so excited about meeting this sweet baby girl even since her mommy announced to me that she was pregnant on Valentine's Day!  Kaleigh is my little sister (as I call her) and I used to babysitt her when she was little, then she has babysat my two sweet girl and now it is so amazing to see her with her very own baby!  I was so excited to take pictures for Kaleigh when Kenslee was born.  Kens was breech so K had to have a c section and GiGi was her nurse so as soon as Kenslee was born, I was able to go in and start snapping pictures of this brand new baby girl!  She is perfect, weighing 8 pounds, 2 ounces and 21 inches of pure sweetness!  It was love at first sight and I am so happy I was able to be there with Kaleigh to witness this amazing event!  Aunt Laci loves you Kenslee so much and can't wait for Marlee and Karsyn to meet you and spoil you!!!

Labor Day 2015

We just arrived back home from a fabulous family tradition...spending Labor Day in Boca Grande!  We had a great time at the sandbar visiting with lots of friends and catching creatures.  We also loved catching up with friends at the pool, fishing and riding on the boat with Gigi, Papa, Easton, Grandma Peggy, and Chester, and having yummy dinners all together!  A great way to end the summer...Boca Grande is a very favorite place of mine and I love being there!  
We also had fun playing on the beach one evening.  The water was very murky with all the rain we have been getting so the water wasn't pretty but the kids sure were adorable in their matching fishing shirts GiGi had gotten them!

Visiting Nene and Pepa

We were so happy to visit Nene at The Palms.  It was so sweet to see her and Pepa having lunch together!  Nene looked so good and we had a lovely visit with her! :)

A sweet treat for Pepa

Karsyn and I went by Pepa's today and gave him some yummy sea salt dark chocolate that we had bought him at the store because we love him so much!  With Nene in the hospital and assisted living facility, the girls have not been able to go by and visit Pepa and Nene like they used to but wanted to let Pepa know that we are praying for him and Nene and that they are in our hearts and thoughts constantly!  We miss our weekly visits with them and hope Nene gets better soon so we can start that sweet tradition back up!
