The Easter Bunny hopped by our house!!!

We put carrots out for the Easter Bunny last night, hoping he would hop by our house and leave the girls some treats!

And he did stop by our house!!!

Their treats didn't fit in their baskets this year so he just sat them out for them!

And he then left a note telling them to head outside and check and see what their "magic jellybeans" had grown in to and to find the eggs he had hid for them!!!

"Magic" Jellybeans

The girls found something very special in the mailbox this afternoon!  Magic Jellybeans!!!  There was a note telling them to plant them and watch and see what grew from them!  They were so excited and Nolan and Oren helped them plant and they all also got to enjoy some of the jellybeans also!  Hmmm.. can't wait to see what grows!!!

I can not believe this girl is holding a snake!!!  Mommy is so very scared of snakes but not this brave girl!  This snake was dead but still I was not getting anywhere near it but she did!  Ekkkkk!!!!  She takes after her Daddy with this because he is not afraid of snakes either!

Dyeing Easter Eggs

This evening we dyed our Easter eggs as a family!  Marlee and Karsyn were both so excited to do this and we knew outside was the best place to do it while watching the sunset and enjoying the nice breeze!  Karsyn had fun dropping her eggs in the dye and then sticking her hands all in the dye to get them out!  Silly girl! And Marlee made some really bright eggs, which she was most proud of her purple ones!  A fun activity for sure! 

Riding Lesson

Marlee had a great riding lesson this afternoon.  She is learning all about being the "boss" of the horse!  Karsyn had fun at the lesson too hanging out with Ms. Karen's daughter, Brooke, who Karsyn just adores!!!

Afternoon Sheningans

This afternoon after school Aunt Bonny took Marlee and Mary Kate on some fun adventures!  First, the Sweet Shoppe for ice cream, then to Glissons to hold the baby ducks, chicks, and turkeys and to look at the rabbits and last to Walgreens for some Easter fun!  Marlee came home happy as can be after such a fun afternoon!

Thursday (The girls went to school today instead of tomorrow, Friday, because it is Good Friday and there is no school.)  Marlee was so excited about their Easter party and egg hunt!  She said, it was so much fun!!!
