Pet Store

I took Marlee and Karsyn to the pet store today to pick out Gracie's birthday present since Gracie's 11th Birthday is tomorrow!  Marlee was so excited to pick out special treats for her sissy, Gracie, as well as look at all the creatures in the pet store!  She picked out two special birthday cookies from the doggie bakery and a toy for her.

Tot Time

The girls had fun at Tot time this morning.  Marlee enjoyed listening to Aunt Bonny read the story and then her and Mary Kate loved making the fun 10 Apples Up on Top craft!  Karsyn also enjoyed sitting in Mommy's lap and watching everyone and playing with Aunt Bonny!

Week 26

Marlee went to school on Monday and Friday of this week but not on Wednesday due to being sick.  She learned all about the letter Ss and also brought home some work that she had done in previous weeks that had been hanging in the classroom.  And they learned about The Rainbow Fish also this week! :)  Sharing is so sweet as Marlee says!

Waiting on Daddy

Cute, Cute!!!

With Marlee not feeling good, she has been laying around...which is something she does not do often...I found her and Gracie laying on my bed..the same way...cute cute!!

Marlee is sick :(

Marlee has developed allergies this year to all the pollen and has been coughing with a runny nose for about two weeks now...well it turned into a sinus infection and our sweet girl was miserable all night, so this morning we went to visit Dr. D!  Marlee LOVES Dr. D and enjoys seeing him...this is so comforting that she loves her doctor and does not mind going at all.  Dr. D checked her out and said she needed some medicine for sure!  After we got home, Marlee wanted to give Karsyn a check up.  Marlee gave her a full check up and Karsyn loved every minute of it...sweet sisters!!

p.s. excuse the mess in the background...moving in a couple weeks calls for lots of goodies all over :)

Carrots for Pete

This afternoon I took Marlee out to see Pete and he was so excited when he saw that she had brought him carrots.  He loves carrots and she loves feeding him.  After visiting Pete and going for a ride on him, she wanted to play on Papa's tractor.  She is a true Country Girl for sure!!!  The dirtier she can get, the better...I can say that her cowgirl boots are definitely worn in good from wearing them long hours at the pasture with her horse.  I love my little cowgirl!
